Question 1

Is the Discovery plan really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes your site on a .affixe.page address with 5 live pages, your breeding dogs, litters, applications and pedigrees.

Question 2

Can I change plans along the way?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Moving up is immediate: the difference is charged pro rata. You can also move down or cancel from your dashboard.

Question 3

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your site goes back to the Discovery plan. Nothing is deleted: what exceeds the free plan stays there, offline, until you take a plan again.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By card, through Stripe. Your invoices, card and subscription are managed from your dashboard.

Question 5

Do prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes, prices shown include VAT. Businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.

Question 6

Do you take a commission on puppy sales?

Accepted Answer

No, never. Families pay you directly; Affixe only helps you track what's received and what's still expected.
