Puppy care, from birth to departure

Puppies are dewormed every two weeks, from 2 to 8 weeks. Around 7 weeks, the vet visit often brings together the microchip, the first vaccination and the vet certificate required for the sale.

This calendar is a common starting point, to adjust with your vet: vaccination protocol, dewormer, the litter's health.

When can the puppies leave?

In France, a puppy can't be sold before 8 weeks of age. It must be microchipped before it leaves, and the sale comes with a vet certificate and a certificate of transfer.

When the buyer is getting their first dog, they sign a certificate of commitment and knowledge at least 7 days before receiving the puppy: the calendar shows the last day to have it signed.
